We're partnering with a well-established premium furniture retailer to find an ambitious Manager in Training to join their Joondalup team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional ready to step into leadership, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within a premium retail environment.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of showroom management while continuing to build your own sales performance.

This role is perfect for someone who is already excelling in retail sales and is ready to take on greater responsibility, lead by example and develop the skills needed to progress into a Store Manager position.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead from the front with strong personal sales performance
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day showroom operations
- Assist with coaching, motivating and developing the sales team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with a premium brand
- Drive sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
- Support showroom presentation and visual standards
- Assist with customer enquiries, sales and follow-up
- Take on increasing leadership responsibility as you develop

About You

- Proven success in retail sales, ideally within a high-ticket environment
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Naturally confident,



driven and commercially minded
- Ready to take the next step into retail leadership
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation suited to a premium retail environment
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Full weekend availability is essential

Roster
- Weekend work required
