They are now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on SAP / ERP recruitment within their Sydney CBD office.

The Role

You will operate as a full 360 recruiter specialising in SAP and ERP positions across permanent, contract and fixed-term markets.

This is a warm desk within a high-demand niche where client relationships already exist, giving you immediate billing potential.

You will focus on:

- Business development and client relationship management
- Candidate sourcing and market mapping
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building long-term partnerships within enterprise IT environments

The company is open to sponsoring international candidates and has experience supporting recruiters relocating from overseas.

- Two years of relevant 360 recruitment experience plus a degree, or
- Five years of relevant recruitment experience without a degree.

Full relocation support can be negotiated, including assistance with flights and accommodation.
