Unaccredited Registrar -Radiation Oncology - Palliative Care Rotation

Fixed-Term Full-Time

- 2 x Fixed-Term positions (6 months) Full-Time
- The first six month position will commence in February 2027 and the second six-month position will commence in August 2027.
- Salary Classification: Registrar Year 1-4
- Remuneration: Based on PGY and superannuation +

About the role

We are looking to recruit an Unaccredited Registrar to join our Radiation Oncology Team - Palliative Care.

Your main duties will include:

- Provide medical support for radiotherapy patients
- Liaise with treatment and planning areas to ensure appropriate, expeditious inpatient and outpatient booking and treatment
- Participate in clinical duties as arranged by the Director of Radiation Oncology

About you

- Relevant primary undergraduate degree and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- At least 2 years postgraduate Australian hospital experience
- Currently in an Advanced training position in palliative medicine - RACP
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary team
