Our Compliance Product & Delivery team within Macquarie's Risk Management Group delivers strategic change initiatives that enhance compliance systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation. What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will support a range of business and technology initiatives, including both internally developed solutions and externally supplied technology platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders across Macquarie's business groups to assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define future-state solutions that meet business and compliance requirements. Partnering with project managers, technology teams, subject matter experts and business stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into practical and effective outcomes.

What you offer

- 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, risk management, compliance, regulatory environments, or a similarly complex industry
- Experience supporting technology implementation projects,



including evaluating and implementing cloud-based software solutions and working with both internal teams and external providers
- Strong ability to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements and design future-state processes
- Experience facilitating workshops and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate risks, prioritise competing demands and escalate issues when appropriate.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
