You'll be the first line of support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other key applications that keep our 30+ stores running. Working with the IT team, you'll provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation that directly enables our business to scale.

What You'll Do

- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O; and other key applications
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
- Assist in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasks
- Support users with application functionality, training, and documentation
- Run standard SQL queries and reports to assist in issue resolution
- Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes and updates
- Participate in small enhancements and configuration changes in D365 F&O;
- Support system testing, including preparing test cases and assisting with UAT
- Help gather and document business requirements for system improvements
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles for common issues
- Learn and apply best practices in application support and ITIL processes

About You

We're looking for someone with:





- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
- Good understanding of business applications and basic system concepts
- Familiarity with SQL for simple queries and data analysis
- Clear communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing priorities
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (or working towards it)

Nice-to-have experience:
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or other ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of application integrations and workflows
- Understanding of software testing processes
