This role suits someone who understands complex environments and enjoys working closely with stakeholders on long-term programs.
The role
- Recruit across project, change and transformation roles
- Focus on Financial Services clients
- Deliver contract and permanent solutions
- Partner closely with clients on ongoing programs of work
What they're looking for
- Experience recruiting within Project Services or Financial Services
- Strong client management skills
- Track record of billing and delivery
- If you're relocating from UK/Ireland you need 2 years of 360 experience with a degree or 5 years if you don't have one
What's on offer
- Base salary between AUD 80k - AUD 110k (depending on experience)
- Commission structure up to 40%
- Majority of consultants billing over AUD 400k
