The Role

- Lead a specialist Tech desk covering permanent, contract, or dual roles





- Acquire and manage client relationships across scale-ups, enterprise, and transformation-led organisations

- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for mid-to-senior Tech roles

- Shape the direction of the Technology practice and contribute to team growth

About You

- Proven 360 experience within Technology recruitment

- Track record of consistent billing and client growth

- Autonomous operator with a commercial mindset

- Cooperative, low-ego, and growth-focused

- Ambition to build and grow a high-value Tech vertical

Commission and Incentives

- Quarterly Billings up to 50%

- Monthly Incentives between AUD 500 - AUD 2k
