Senior Recruitment Consultant - Projects & Change | Sydney

We're hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm, established desk focused on Projects and Change - think Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical BAs, and Change & Transformation professionals.

This desk already has live clients, active roles, and a pipeline of candidates. The person in this seat won't be starting from zero - they'll be stepping into momentum.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of a warm desk specialising in Projects, BA,



and Change roles across both private and public sector clients

Managing and developing existing client relationships - this is as much account management as it is recruitment

Sourcing and placing senior project and change professionals, with a solid existing candidate pipeline to work from

Working with a well-resourced team that includes support staff and access to premium tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Seek, Lusha, Talent Insights)

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to projects, change, or technology roles

Someone who thrives on relationships - this desk rewards people who are great at building trust, not just filling jobs

Based in Sydney (or willing to relocate) - hybrid model with Tuesday to Thursday in the office

Grounded, personable, and low-drama - someone who fits a collaborative, easy-going team culture

The Package

Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 AUD + superannuation (dependent on experience)
