- Build and own a tech vertical in Melbourne

- Work across perm and contract

- Leverage national accounts where available

- Develop your own local client base

- Long-term prospect to grow a pod or team

Earnings & incentives

- Base salary $80k-$120k + super

- 2x / 3x threshold commission model, selectable quarterly

- Commission up to 40%

- Average fees circa $20k





- Strong consultants billing $400k+

- Top performers reaching $700k-$900k+ GP
