A rare opportunity has become available for a high-calibre Finance Manager to join a large, complex organisation in a highly visible corporate reporting role.
This position will suit a Big 4 trained finance professional, ideally a first or second mover, who is looking to step into a broader commercial role with leadership, stakeholder engagement and genuine ownership.

About the role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will take ownership of corporate reporting, consolidation and financial control across multiple business units. While not purely hands-on, you will need to be technically strong and comfortable getting into the detail when required.
You will lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly and quarterly corporate reporting processes
- Consolidate results across multiple business units
- Review balance sheet, P&L; and statutory reporting outputs
- Provide clear analysis, commentary and insight to senior stakeholders
- Lead, coach and develop a small finance team




- Partner with business units to improve reporting quality and accountability
- Drive process improvement across reporting, controls and financial governance

About You
You will ideally bring:

- Big 4 audit background
- CA qualification or equivalent
- First or second move from professional services
- Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence leading and developing a team
- A proactive, ownership-led approach
- Ability to operate commercially, not just as a reporter
