As a Clinical Nurse, you'll help shape safe, high-quality care for patients while supporting the team around you to achieve the best possible outcomes. From coordinating complex care to strengthening clinical practice, you'll play an important role in enhancing the patient experience and supporting a connected healthcare team.

You're a confident and compassionate nursing professional who combines clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to people. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Advanced clinical nursing skills and experience coordinating patient care.
- Strong leadership, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork capability.
- A commitment to safety, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have rural or remote clinical experience and/or postgraduate study relevant to your practice area.
