Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Content & Campaigns) to manage marketing coordination and execution across EDMs, organic social media, content, website updates, CRM marketing, and general marketing support. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal team, who will provide the broader marketing direction and priorities, while taking ownership of the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Schedule

Flexible during client business hours AEST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Marketing Coordination & Execution:

- Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns in line with internal priorities.
- Take ownership of marketing execution while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide general marketing support as required.
- EDM & CRM Marketing:

- Coordinate and execute EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns.
- Assist with CRM marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and manage marketing communications within the CRM platform.
- Social Media & Content:

- Manage organic social media content.
- Coordinate and create marketing content across digital channels.
- Produce clear, engaging, and well-written marketing copy.
- Website Management:

- Update website content using the company's Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure website information remains current and accurate.
- Design & Video Support:

- Create and edit marketing materials using Canva.




- Perform basic video editing where required to support marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Proven experience in EDM / Email Marketing and CRM Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation.
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English.
- Proficiency with Canva or basic graphic design capability.
- Experience with CMS / Website Content Management.
- Basic video editing capabilities.
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.

- Journeys for EDM and CRM marketing activities
- Canva for design work
- Microsoft Dynamics as the broader team's CRM
