A brand-new Unley store is now preparing to open, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to be part of the store from the beginning.

About the role

This is an opportunity to take the lead on a new store and make your mark from day one.
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing the store to life, building a strong team culture and creating an environment where customers genuinely enjoy shopping.
You'll have ownership across the commercial and operational side of the business, from sales performance and team development through to stock, presentation and day-to-day store management.
This role would suit an established fashion retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people and has the commercial confidence to drive a new store forward.

What you will do

- Take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the new Unley store
- Recruit, lead and develop a motivated retail team
- Create a positive, customer-focused culture from the store opening
- Drive sales and actively work with the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor store performance, sales results and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Manage stock levels, inventory processes and overall stock presentation
- Oversee rostering, budgeting and key operational requirements
- Maintain a visually engaging store environment that reflects the brand
- Work closely with regional leadership to implement broader business initiatives




- Identify ways to continually improve the customer experience and store performance

What you will bring

- Minimum 3 years' retail management experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle retail
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence working towards sales and financial targets
- A genuine passion for customer experience and building relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience across stock management, rostering and general store operations
- Confident decision-maker with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive team environment
- An interest in contemporary fashion, lifestyle and current retail trends
