What you will need

- Minimum 2 years of relevant 360 recruitment experience plus a degree, or 5 years of relevant 360 experience

- Proven billing history and confidence managing a full desk

- Robust consultative and relationship-driven approach

- Motivation to relocate to Australia and commit to a long-term move
