Available Service Areas Acute Community Intervention Service (Crisis Team) Work as part of a 24/7 acute response team providing:

- Mental health triage and urgent assessments
- Crisis intervention and risk management
- Short-term treatment and follow-up care
- Emergency Department and community-based support
- Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement recovery-focused treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Provide psychoeducation to consumers and families
- Complete intake assessments and recovery planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and students where appropriate
- Contribute to a safe, consumer-centred service environment

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant qualification and registration in Nursing, Psychology,



Social Work or Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years' experience within mental health settings
- Experience working with complex mental health presentations
- Strong assessment, risk management and clinical decision-making skills
- Knowledge of contemporary mental health legislation and recovery-oriented practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
