We are seeking a capable Academic Integrity Officer to join a collaborative team supporting the effective management and resolution of academic integrity matters.

This is an opportunity to work in a role that directly supports fair, consistent and transparent academic processes, while helping students navigate academic integrity requirements and university procedures.

About the Opportunity

Working within the Academic Integrity function, you will be responsible for the triage, coordination and administration of academic integrity allegations, supporting matters from initial referral through to resolution.

The role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident managing sensitive matters, and able to communicate professionally with both students and university staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and triage the Academic Integrity mailbox, ensuring allegations and enquiries are appropriately assessed and actioned
- Manage the processing of academic integrity referrals from investigation through to resolution
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation to meet internal and external requirements
- Coordinate timely communications with students and relevant university stakeholders throughout the academic integrity process
- Organise student meetings with Academic Integrity Advisors (AIAs) and provide accurate note-taking support
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from students and staff, providing clear and accurate information
- Apply knowledge of university policies, procedures, regulations and processes to support appropriate outcomes
- Provide information and guidance that assists students and staff to understand and navigate academic integrity processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic integrity processes, procedures and reporting
- Undertake other duties as directed by the line manager and within the scope of the role

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:





- Experience working within academic integrity, student administration, investigations, complaints, case management or a similar university environment
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures and processes within a higher education setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience managing sensitive or confidential matters professionally
- Ability to triage competing enquiries and manage multiple matters through to resolution
- Confidence communicating with students and staff at different levels
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures and relevant regulations and apply them appropriately

Higher education or academic integrity experience will be highly regarded.
