The Role

As Senior Consultant - Finance / Financial Services Recruitment, you will:





- Manage a 360 desk within your chosen FS vertical

- Grow existing client partnerships and develop new ones

- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and contract roles

- Build deep sector knowledge and become a trusted market specialist

- Potentially mentor junior consultants or step into leadership as you progress

What They're Looking For

- 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (Finance, FS, Risk, Accounting, or similar)

- Strong relationship-building and long-term growth mindset
