I'm working with a super boutique recruitment firm in Sydney that is looking to hire an experienced 360 Tax Recruiter into a warm, established desk.

This is their most urgent hire, and it's a genuinely strong opportunity for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and a mature working workplace.

- Around 3 years of recruitment experience (must be 360)

- Tax or public practice experience is ideal but not essential

- Open to someone moving into a new patch

- Self-sufficient, motivated, and comfortable without KPIs
