A reputable commercial builder with a strong track record across new build, refurbishment and specialist construction projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join its growing delivery team.

Head office is located in Melbourne's south-east, with a strong pipeline of work and a genuine long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you'll take ownership of the commercial administration across multi-million-dollar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor packages, procurement and letting
- Administer variations, progress claims and payments
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and project costs
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support the PM across commercial and contractual matters

About You
- 3+ years' experience as a CA with a Melbourne head contractor
- Robust commercial construction experience
- Confident managing subcontractors, variations and claims
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac, CHEOPS or similar
- Organised, commercially minded and detail focused
- Strong communication and team-first approach
