Moreton ATSICHS operates a growing network of healthcare clinics for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focused on clients’ individual needs and goals.

About the role
As a Transport Officer within the Birthing in Our Community (BiOC) team, your role is to provide skilled, courteous and safe transportation and medical courier services for IUIH and IUIH clients as required.
Your day to day duties may include:
- Timely pick up and transporting of clients to and from home, as well as in line with client requirements, i.e. other medical and health appointments, as scheduled.
- Ad hoc and emergency pick up of clients as requested.
- Maintain a log/record of all journeys/pick-ups.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and working in collaboration with the Office Manager to ensure maintenance of vehicles and reporting of any damage to vehicles.

- Current Criminal History Check.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card).
- Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Qld Yellow Card).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
