This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take on a key management position within a residential aged care setting.
The Role

- Position: Residential Service Manager
- Location: Maryborough QLD 4650
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: Up to $165,000 + super, depending on experience
- Start Date: Prior to 10 September 2026 preferred

About You We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager with:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Residential Service Manager within Residential Aged Care
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of residential aged care operations and compliance




- A demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality resident outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvement

Location Preference will be given to candidates already based in the Hervey Bay, Maryborough or surrounding region.
