About the Role

Lead the Team Behind Some of Australia's Most Iconic Nature-Based Experiences. We're looking for a people-focused, process-driven Facilities Supervisor to lead our Facilities team and help ensure our world-renowned visitor destinations are presented at their very best. As Facilities Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, presentation and performance of our facilities team. You'll build capability, streamline processes, manage contractors, and ensure our parks and visitor spaces consistently meet exceptional standards. Every improvement you make contributes directly to the experience of hundreds of thousands of visitors each year and supports our conservation mission.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing operational or facilities teams.
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management and workforce planning.
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers and service delivery outcomes.
- Ability to drive operational excellence through effective planning, prioritisation and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams and functions.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced,



customer-focused environment.
- Sound commercial acumen, including procurement, budgeting and resource management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Commitment to workplace safety, sustainability and fostering a positive team culture.
- High attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistently high standards.
- Experience using systems and technology to support operational performance and reporting.

To commence your journey with us, the following is required:

- Relevant experience in facilities management, operations leadership or a related field.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Additional qualifications in Facilities Management, Leadership, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
