About the role

Kiddie Academy is seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team in Parkes, NSW. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and development of young children, delivering a high-quality educational program that nurtures their cognitive, social, and emotional growth. What you'll be doing

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child

- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, fostering a sense of trust and open communication

- Collaborate with the wider childcare team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to children's learning and development

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

- Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families





- Passion for promoting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children

- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve teaching practices

- Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
