The Role:

A permanent full time position has become available for an eHealth Client IT Support Officer based at the Osborne Park Laboratory.

The primary role is to deploy and configure a proprietary software package to the referring clinicians of the practice to facilitate electronic ordering and result delivery. The role also includes providing support to existing clients.

Reasonable experience with the following technologies are needed or desired:

- Windows Desktops in AD environments

- Windows Server / standard Windows operating environments





- Good network troubleshooting skills

- iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac Experience

- Previous experience with Practice Management Systems such as Best Practice, Medical Director or Genie

To meet the requirements of this role, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following;

- Excellent customer service skills, particularly with customers external to the business

- High level of written and oral communication skills, with a confident and skilled manner

- Ability to meet goals and objectives in a timely and effective manner

- Creative and innovative thinker

- Strong computer literacy skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently when required, but also be able to contribute as part of a team.
