Stop scrolling. This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Let's be honest. If you're a good Refrigeration Mechanic, you probably aren't short of options.
So if you're going to make a move, it should be for something that actually gives you a reason to leave.
We're working exclusively with a rapidly growing Australian business operating in the energy efficiency and electrification space, and they're looking for a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic to join their team.
This isn't your typical HVAC service role.
You'll be joining a business with serious growth ambitions, working with modern technology and playing a hands-on role in an industry that is changing rapidly.
Why should you care? Because this is a sector with a future.
The business is helping Australian customers transition towards more energy-efficient heating, cooling and hot water solutions, with a solid focus on electrification and reducing energy consumption.
And they're growing.
That means opportunity.
More work. More technology. More responsibility. And potentially plenty of room for the right person to grow with the business.
They're not looking for someone to simply turn up, do the job and go home.
They're looking for a Refrigeration Mechanic who takes pride in their trade and wants to be part of building something.
The role You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality refrigeration and HVAC work across a growing customer base.
Depending on your experience, this could include:
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Working with heating, cooling and energy-efficient technologies
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing a professional experience for customers
- Working alongside a growing team of technical and operational professionals
- Maintaining excellent workmanship, compliance and attention to detail
What we're looking for You'll ideally be a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Relevant refrigeration and electrical licences
- Solid technical and fault-finding ability
- Experience across service, maintenance and/or installation
- A strong work ethic and pride in your workmanship
- Good communication skills
- A professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues
We're particularly interested in people who are curious about where the industry is heading.
You don't need to be an expert in every emerging technology.
What matters is that you've got a strong refrigeration foundation, you're willing to learn and you're interested in developing your skills as the industry evolves.
The company We're keeping the client's identity confidential at this stage, but we can tell you this:
They're growing quickly.
They're operating in a sector with significant long-term potential and have built their business around helping customers adopt smarter, more energy-efficient solutions.
They're values-driven, ambitious and genuinely focused on doing things properly.
And importantly, they're building a team around people who want to be part of the journey.
This could be the right move if... You're currently thinking:
"I wouldn't mind seeing what's out there, but it would need to be worth it."
That's exactly why you should apply.
You don't have to be actively looking.
You don't have to be unhappy where you are.
But if you're a good Refrigeration Mechanic and the idea of joining a growing business in an industry with a genuine future interests you, it's worth having the conversation.
Apply now for a confidential discussion.
The company name, remuneration and full details will be discussed with suitable candidates.
