Total potential earnings: $117,070.50 to $121,789.50 (Salary + Allowances + Remote Travel Allowance) plus additional benefits detailed below:
- Competitive Salary: Annual salary ranging from $117,070.50 to $121,789.50, including various allowances and additional work/on-call allowances.
- Remote Travel Allowance: Receive $7,500 per year, paid over fortnightly instalments.
- Save on tax with Salary Sacrificing: The option to Salary sacrifice of up to approximately $16,000 per year.
- Accommodation: You will be provided with fully furnished staff accommodation, and we subsidise the utility fees, resulting in a comfortable and cost-effective living arrangement (a nominal $30 per bedroom per fortnight).
- Program Leave: Unique 6-week continuous service cycle with 1 weeks paid leave. (in addition to other leave entitlements)
- Paternity Leave: 8 weeks paid Paternity Leave, accessible upon completion of 1 year of service.
- Loaded Annual Leave: Enjoy 4 weeks of annual leave each year, with leave loading included.
- Christmas Leave: Enjoy 2 weeks of paid Christmas Leave (in addition to Annual Leave)
- Relocation Assistance: One-time $1,500 relocation support, with 50% payable upfront and the remainder reimbursed upon receipt submission.

Tullawon Health Service Inc, is seeking an Aged Care & NDIS Program Manager to lead the delivery of culturally safe, person-centred aged care, NDIS, and community support services for the Yalata community. In this role,
you will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, oversee program performance and compliance, and ensure Elders and community members receive high-quality, coordinated care and support.

Tullawon Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation committed to delivering culturally appropriate healthcare and community services that support the health, wellbeing, and independence of Yalata Anangu.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support the Aged Care and Community Connector teams.
- Oversee aged care, NDIS, elder care and community support programs.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirements.
- Build strong relationships with community members, families, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor program outcomes, reporting, quality improvement, and workforce development.
- Advocate for culturally safe, person-centred care and support services.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience leading teams within aged care, disability, health, or community services.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and/or NDIS frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to culturally safe service delivery and improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
- Current Driver's Licence, National Police Check, and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
