As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you are integral to guiding individuals through their recovery journeys, providing the expertise and support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. In this role, you will not only facilitate rehabilitation but also act as an advocate, educator, and strategic partner for your clients. What you will be doing:
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Conducting assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
- Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
- Developing graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
- Case managing complex physical and psychological issues and coordinating with treating health professionals

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiology
- Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
