As a Rehabilitation Consultant with our client, you will play a pivotal role in supporting injured workers on their journey back to meaningful employment. Your Occupational Therapy expertise will be at the forefront as you assess, plan, and implement personalised interventions. What You Will Be Doing:

- Conducting early intervention assessments to prevent long-term disability and promote timely recovery.
- Performing comprehensive functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
- Developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans that align with both worker and employer needs.
- Collaborating with employers to design job modifications and supportive work environments.
- Providing vocational counselling and career coaching to assist workers in securing suitable employment.




- Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration




- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
