As a result of continued growth, one of Australia's most highly regarded and multi-award-winning Projects, Infrastructure & Energy practice groups is seeking a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Melbourne team, where you will work on technically complex projects and disputes across landmark infrastructure and renewable energy developments.

The Opportunity:
Working across both front-end and back-end of matters, you'll enjoy exposure to a diverse client base across the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, including developers, principals, contractors, subcontractors and construction insurers. Your work will include:

- Complex construction and infrastructure disputes
- Security of payment matters
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
- Procurement and project advisory work
- Mediations, arbitrations, adjudications and court proceedings
- Contract works, ISR and property insurance claims

Requirements:

- Demonstrated practicing experience of 4+ PAE with the majority of that working with Infrastructure and Energy clients




- Experience in front-end, or back-end, or a mix of both
- Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills
- The ability to build trusted client relationships
