Our client is one of Melbourne's leading Meat Processing Facilities, and they are on the hunt to add a High Reach Forklift Operator to their growing team. This is a great prospect for candidates who have experience working in cold-storage and freezer environments, working with packaged meat products and are looking for a temp-perm opportunity!

About the role:

- LF Forklift operation
- Pick Packing
- Stock rotation
- Freezer operation
- Warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Replenishment and manual lifting
- Pallet stacking and general labour

Requirements:

In order to establish your career within this space, you will require the following attributes and attitude:

- Minimum 12 months of experience operating a LF Forklift
- Hold a valid LF Licence, High Reach experience is essential
- Have availability for 5 shifts a week, Monday-Friday
- Experience working in a cool room/ freezer environment (-22 degrees) is highly desirable
- MUST be comfortable and able to work with packaged meat products
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills




- A strong safety focus
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport
