Launched in Australia in 2017, GoBoat provides simple, sustainable electric boating experiences that allow people to explore their waterways with friends and family.

GoBoat is now part of the d’Albora Marina network, Australia’s leading marina group, providing opportunities to be part of a broader marine and boating environment.

We are seeking a Crew member to join our team and support operations at GoBoat Isle of Capri, QLD.

About the Role

As a Crew member, you will help ensure our boats and facilities are ready for guests and support the team throughout the day.

You will interact directly with customers, assist with vessel preparation and safety activities, and help keep our boats, dock and surrounding areas looking their best.

This is a great prospect for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn more about boating, tourism and customer service.

The role operates across Monday to Sunday, with flexibility and availability to work weekends and rotating rosters required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with opening and closing the GoBoat location

- Prepare and clean vessels ready for customer hire

- Assist the team with vessel safety briefings when required

- Maintain lifejackets, safety equipment and onboard items

- Keep the shopfront, dock and storage areas clean and organised

- Provide friendly and professional service to guests

- Help ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience

- Monitor customers on the water and assist when required





- Wash down and clean vessels as scheduled

- Monitor fleet readiness and report damage or mechanical issues

- Assist with securing vessels and correctly positioning fenders

- Participate in pre-departure safety checks under supervision

- Support the team in maintaining a safe working environment
