Open Access College plays an important and critical role in addressing educational disadvantaged for South Australian Students who are not able to attend school in person or are unable to access aspects of the full curriculum at their local school. The College is a leader in distance education and operates from Campuses located in Adelaide and Port Augusta. The College caters for Reception to Year 12 students, providing dynamic and cutting-edge teaching and learning programs.

- This is a TEMPORARY POSITION 14/09/2026 to 13/12/2026, at Open Access College, Marden campus

- Hours per Week: 15.25 hours p/week (leave conditions)

The Facilities and Asset Services Officer, will be responsible for:

Supporting the effective management of financial, asset and facilities services in accordance with OAC and Departmental policies, procedures and guidelines. Key functions include financial and accounting processing, including travel bookings, asset and equipment processes, and supporting facilities maintenance coordination and site operational requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their:

1. Ability to work flexibly and autonomously in a demanding, dynamic and customer-focused environment,



often under pressure and with limited direction towards achieving agreed outcomes.

2. Sound practical experience in a finance, asset management, facilities or an administrative role within a large organisation.

3. Sound practical experience in using software related to maintaining data, producing reports and documenting projects and/or processes (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, etc).
