The role & team

An opportunity is available for a Property & Strata Lawyer with 2+ years' post admission experience to join the firm's Sydney practice.

Working across both advisory and contentious matters, you will advise clients on property, strata and community title issues, prepare and review contracts, by-laws and strata management agreements, and assist clients with disputes through tribunal and court proceedings.

The role offers direct client interaction and the opportunity to take ownership of your files while working collaboratively with experienced colleagues.

Minimum requirements to be considered

- Admission to practice in NSW with full working rights
- Min 2+ years' post admission experience, ideally in property law, strata law, NCAT disputes or related commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, client communication and file management skills
