About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support centre teams in creating safe, engaging and nurturing environments where children can learn, play and grow. You’ll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability while gaining experience across a variety of early childhood settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest and transitions
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and educators
- Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive environment
- Follow centre policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional team

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards a recognised childcare qualification
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting is essential




- Applicants currently studying must have completed practical work experience in a childcare setting
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid & CPR is highly desirable but not essential
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification is desirable
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliable, professional and positive attitude
- Availability to work casual shifts
