An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join the Melbourne office of one of the country's largest and most successful Real Estate practice groups, working across a diverse mix of property development and leasing focusing on major commercial, retail and industrial leasing.

The Opportunity
You'll work with a varied client base spanning property funds, major corporates, energy and utility companies, social infrastructure, institutional and government clients. Your work will include matters such as:

- Purpose-built industrial premises, distribution centres and data centres
- Major commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- Land assembly and acquisitions involving private and public land
- Development agreements
- Broader property transactions and strategic Real Estate advice

At the Associate or Senior Associate level, you'll also have the opportunity to take greater ownership of matters and client relationships while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise alongside Accredited Specialists.

About You





- You'll be an experienced Property Lawyer with approximately 4+ years' PAE gained with a recognised property practice
- You'll have strong drafting and technical skills, a commercial approach to advice and the confidence to work directly with clients and manage matters with increasing autonomy.
- Most importantly, you'll be looking for a platform where you can continue progressing your career while gaining exposure to sophisticated work and a diverse, high-quality client base.
