Our client's Workplace Rehabilitation division is on the rise, and they are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead their OES & NES teams in Victoria. With a strong presence of 60 Allied Health practitioners in Melbourne and offices spread across the state, you'll be part of a dedicated national team of over 50 consultants in NSW, ACT, and WA.

Responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:

- Collaborate with existing clients and acquire new customers to expand market share in VIC.
- Support team recruitment efforts.
- Play an integral role in the senior leadership team within the Workplace Rehabilitation & Health division.
- Provide training, induction, and supervision as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance report reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Attend appointments with consultants to offer support and training.
- Deliver high-quality clinical services and assessments for complex cases as required.
- Develop exceptionally well-written reports and management plans, incorporating innovative strategies and interventions.




- Assist with direct case management during the team's growth phase.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)




- Management or leadership experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation setting
- A car and drivers licence
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
