Location: HMAS Albatross, Nowra NSW
Position: Diploma Room Leader
Salary: $37.36 - 42.46 per hour (inclusive of Worker Retention Payment), (depending on experience)
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Join our dedicated team at Tingira Defence Child Care Unit, a warm and community-driven early childhood service located just a short drive from the Nowra CBD. We’ve proudly supported Defence families for over 25 years – and now we’re looking for a passionate educator to help us continue delivering outstanding care.

We are looking for a Room Leader to join our Tingira team, this part-time position covers a 38 hour working week from Monday to Friday. If you bring energy, kindness, and a heart for early education, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong communication and time management skills
- An understanding of programming and child development
- A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children
- Willingness to engage with Defence families and the wider community
- Living and eligible to work in Australia
