About the Business
Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we have two purpose-driven, ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence within the funds management and property industries.
Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia’s mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders.
Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $1 billion in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $900 million to be completed by the end of the year.
Due to continued growth, Pallas Capital is seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join the team in Manly in a unique hybrid role combining Program Manager for the Highly Sprung TP52 yacht program (70%) and Client Services Associate (30%).
As Program Manager, you will lead the operational, technical and commercial delivery of Highly Sprung, Pallas Capital's sponsored TP52 yacht program and one of Australia's premier offshore racing campaigns. This includes overseeing racing campaigns, crew management, vessel performance, event delivery and premium client engagement experiences for high-net-worth investors and stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the program continues to deliver elite sporting performance while supporting Pallas Capital's client relationship and brand objectives.
As a Client Services Associate, you will support the investor operations team across client communications, onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, application processing, unit registry administration and ongoing investor servicing.
