We’re looking for a Revenue Performance Manager to join our Collingwood office. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be part of a team that truly values its people.

The Role

Ideally based in our Melbourne Corporate office, though open to either hybrid or fully remote work from any Australian location, this role will report to the Director of Revenue. The successful candidate will be actively working with a defined portfolio of properties across Australia to develop and implement revenue management process and practices with the aim of delivering improved profitability for the portfolio.

This hands-on role requiring an astute eye for detail, sound analytical skills and process management to deliver performance outcomes for the entire portfolio. With multiple stakeholders, success in the role will require productive time management, stakeholder management and the ability to execute various strategy activations simultaneously across the portfolio.

This role has defined KPI’s which relate to project delivery and core system performance. In addition, as part of the wider Revenue and Distribution team,



it brings opportunities to be involved with initiatives to support the overall success of Ascott Australian & Quest Apartment Hotels.

The ideal candidate

Experience in revenue management within the accommodation industry and experience in stakeholder management is essential.

As you will be working across a geographically diverse portfolio of properties, it is essential to be highly organised and have an efficient manner of working. We are looking for an independent thinker, who can work with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes in line with individual KPI’s.

Ascott Australia is utilising RMS as its PMS along with Sabre & SiteMinder for channel management, combined with several revenue management tools and systems, the ability to demonstrate competence in those systems would allow you to excel in the role quickly and would therefore be a distinct advantage.
