Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily on-site operations to ensure the $30m build stays strictly on program.
- Drive site-wide scheduling, material procurement, and sequential trade coordination.
- Conduct strict quality assurance assessments and execute meticulous handover checklists.
- Enforce robust, site-specific safety policies and oversee daily toolbox briefs.
- Interface directly with Project Managers and engineering consultants to resolve site queries.

What You'll Bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial or multi-residential projects over $20m.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, civil works, and internal finishes.
- Decisive leadership style with the ability to push programs and manage sub-contractor relationships.
- Thorough mastery of local building regulations,



structural safety, and QA frameworks.
- Relevant building trade qualification or tertiary credentials in Construction Management.
