Looking for Senior HVAC Project Engineers / Managers wanting to work on a diverse range of commercial and infrastructure D&C; projects over $10M.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects within budget and timelines while liaising with the Design Engineers, Consultants and Site Delivery Teams. Ensuring effective and efficient project delivery across mechanical building services including HVAC supporting major construction projects within defence, federal government, prisons, universities, hospitals, airports, hotels and data centres over $10M.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders and other multi-disciplinary teams to identify the best outcome for greenfield, brownfield or major upgrades over $10M.
- Interpret designs and drawings and agree variations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide support to site installation teams




- Ensure that project delivery is within budgets and deadlines.

Requirements

- Trade qualification or Degree in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong understanding of the National Construction Code and Australian regulations.
- 5+ years’ experience in working in commercial and infrastructure projects.
