- Remunerated role. Meetings – mostly virtual – every 2nd month + some events

It delivers a broad range of services that play a crucial role in ensuring individuals can make informed choices, connect to community and live their best lives. The Board plays an active role in helping ensure initiatives respond to the everyday needs of the people they serve. Alongside service delivery, the organisation works to shape policy, reduce social barriers and champion greater equity.

This is a well-credentialled Board with extensive capabilities.

Financially stable, with a considerable number of government contracts, this remarkable nonprofit continues to experience significant annual growth across Australia.

Now, as part of the Board’s commitment to positive governance and succession planning it is preparing for the next Director transitions. This creates an extraordinary opportunity for two seasoned professionals who bring substantial governance expertise and the leadership maturity enabling them to guide this outstanding nonprofit with bold aspirations for the future.

Ideally, you will be an accomplished NED,



Board or Committee Chair and/or CEO who has successfully operated within a complex, highly regulated environment.

Experience across the nonprofit, government, health and community services, aged care, disability, professional services or corporate sectors is highly valued. As are explicit skills and specialised capabilities developed across finance, innovation, technology, commercial partnerships and large-scale organisational leadership.

For your Directorship to have real lasting value, you need to build trusted relationships - those precious connections achieved by offering a warm, human-centred perspective that shines through as humility, emotional intelligence, respect for diversity, integrity, curiosity and the ability to ‘stand in another person’s shoes’.
