An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Estimator to join one of Queensland's established residential builders.

Working within a busy pre-construction team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, producing accurate estimates across a strong pipeline of detached residential homes throughout South East Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with volume or project home experience looking to join a well-established builder offering stability, career progression and a consistent pipeline of work.

As a Sales Estimator, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Sales Estimator, Production Estimator or Residential Estimator.
- Experience within volume or project home building is required.




- Robust understanding of residential construction and building methodology.
- Experience pricing variations, upgrades, plan changes and site costs.
- Ability to accurately interpret residential plans, specifications and engineering documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with sales, drafting and pre-construction teams.

The Opportunity: You will work closely with the wider sales and pre-construction team to ensure homes are accurately priced before progressing to contract and construction.
