About Our Client
Our client is a highly respected, locally operated solar installation business with a 15-year track record of excellence on the Central Coast. With strong backing, they are in a significant growth phase and are planning for future national expansion. Due to this continued growth, they are looking to put on a new team and with that require a qualified, highly skilled Lead Electrician to spearhead the crew.

The Opportunity
Tired of micromanagement and rigid corporate structures? This role offers massive growth potential and true autonomy. You will not be tied down to a fixed premise. Instead, you will run your own day, picking up stock from the local depot, and heading straight to site with your dedicated Trade Assistant. While the core of the work is currently in the private residential sector, you will also be taking on expanding commercial and industrial business opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day

- Leading the installation of premium solar and battery systems across the Central Coast.
- Operating with high autonomy where the schedule and planning are handled by the business owner, allowing you to focus on the tools.
- Utilising your hands-on experience and customer service acumen during site visits and quoting.
- Delivering a strict "customer-first" experience to maintain the company's outstanding local reputation.




- Mentoring and managing your Trade Assistant to ensure efficient, high-quality installations.

What You Bring

- A current and valid qualification as an Electrician along with SAA Accreditation for Solar and Battery installations.
- Significant industry experience as a qualified who knows the industry inside and out, as this is not a junior position.
- A Level 2 Electrical qualification for switchboard upgrades, which is highly regarded as a bonus.
- A hands-on, highly reliable, and self-motivated personality who is comfortable operating without micromanagement.
