Clinical Support Nurse | Contract – Wimmera Region

We currently have a Clinical Support Nurse contract available in the Wimmera region, with up to full-time hours and an immediate start. This is a role for an experienced RN who loves developing others - working alongside new and existing staff, supporting graduate nurses and students, and helping build clinical skills and confidence across the team.

If mentoring is where you do your best work - running in-services, guiding grads through their first weeks, and being the person others turn to for support - this one's worth a look.

About you:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in Australian healthcare settings
- Knowledge of contemporary clinical care across aged, acute and community health
- A natural mentor and educator who enjoys teaching, precepting and supporting learners at all levels
- Confident working autonomously and across multiple sites
- A strong commitment to person-centred care
- Previous experience in regional or rural healthcare highly regarded

You'll also need:

- Valid working rights in Australia
- Annual influenza vaccination
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Valid Victorian driver's licence and own transport
