A Different Recruitment Model
Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment desk, this team operates with a specialist structure. Business Development Managers focus on winning current projects and client relationships, while Account Managers focus on candidate attraction, contractor management and growing existing accounts.

As an Account Manager you will take ownership of a client relationship and are responsible for filling roles, managing contractors and growing the account over time.

Earnings & Career Progression
