Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated Land Acquisitions Manager to be responsible for securing ongoing pipeline of house & land opportunities for each state of their business operations. The key responsibilities (not limited to)

- Develop new & existing relationships with developers & land agents.
- Negotiate & acquire land stock to meet sales department needs.
- Manage land assessment around profitability, saleability and buildability.
- Work with key stakeholders throughout the business expediting sales.
- Prepare H&L; packaging for wholesale & retail sales team




- Liaise with internal departments inc. Sales, Drafting, Estimating etc

You will be required first & foremost to be hungry & have exceptional drive. Have a solid knowledge & relationships with land developers, good understanding of geographically desirable developments & ability to secure stock, and experience with builder /developer / investment groups creating house & land packaging.

The role will be based out of their current Gold Coast facilities, based Northern Gold Coast. You will also have the ability to travel between multiple states when required. You can expect to be rewarded with a generous base salary plus uncapped bonus incentives.
