Our client is a growing multi-site consumer business with a strong brand, established operating footprint and an ambitious leadership team.
The head office environment is highly collaborative and social, with a real connection between finance, operations and the broader business. This is a business where finance is expected to contribute commercially, not simply report the numbers.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to an impressive CFO, this is a newly created Head of Finance position designed for someone with plenty of runway left in their career.
You will own the core finance rhythm including board reporting, cash flow, budgeting and financial performance, while also partnering closely with the operational and commercial leaders across the business. You will partner with three operational GMs, marketing and the wider leadership group across a broad mix of commercial projects and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Own board reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Maintain strong financial control across a multi-site environment
- Lead commercial analysis and provide insight to senior leadership
- Partner closely with operational GMs, marketing and other functions




- Develop Power BI reporting, automation and self-service capability
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI across finance and reporting
- Lead and develop an Analyst while supporting broader finance priorities

About You

- Strong commercial finance experience within a larger finance function
- Comfortable operating across both financial control and commercial finance
- Experience preparing board reporting and senior leadership packs
- Robust budgeting, forecasting and cash flow capability
- Practical Power BI knowledge, including an understanding of the backend
- Multi-site experience within hospitality, retail, FMCG or a similar environment
