As Data and Analytics Manager, you'll play a key role in turning complex information into meaningful insights that support better outcomes across our health service. From shaping data strategy to leading innovative analytics solutions, you'll work with leaders, clinicians and technical specialists to help drive informed decisions and future-focused planning.

- Leading the delivery of data, reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Building strong partnerships to turn information needs into valuable insights.
- Guiding a team of specialists to deliver data management, business intelligence and improvement initiatives that enhance performance and service outcomes.
- Driving innovation through modern data practices, helping create trusted, accessible and actionable information for leaders and teams.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in data management, analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
- Strong expertise in data modelling, governance and working across complex multi-system environments.
- Proven ability to lead projects,



manage priorities and deliver outcomes through teams and stakeholders.
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with highly developed communication and relationship-building skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence platforms, ETL processes, SQL or Python, and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
