They are now hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead their Technology division in Sydney. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to manage a small team while remaining an active, high-performing biller.

The role





This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of tech recruiters

- Continue running your own 360 desk as an active biller

- Drive growth across Software, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber, Data, or Digital markets

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Deliver mid to senior level permanent and contract tech roles

- Contribute to strategy, forecasting, and team culture

- Leverage global networks for candidate and client development

What they are looking for

- 3-5+ years of experience in Technology recruitment with full 360 exposure

- Experience managing or mentoring consultants, or clear leadership potential

- A hands-on leader who enjoys billing and leading from the front

- Strong commercial instincts and consistent desk performance

- Relationship-led approach focused on long-term partnerships

- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
